Payment & Invoice Policy

How monthly tuition is calculated

Each lesson has a set price based on lesson length and format. Your monthly invoice is the sum of all lessons scheduled for that calendar month—not a flat fee unrelated to your student's actual schedule.

Payment in advance

Tuition is billed and due at the beginning of each month, in advance of the lessons in that billing period. Collecting payment upfront helps us hold your student's regular time with their instructor, keep scheduling consistent, and stay focused on teaching. That continuity supports steady practice and the kind of long-term progress we aim for with every student.

When payment is due

Once you receive your invoice for the month:

  • Payment is due from the 1st through the 5th of that month.
  • Payment must be received no later than the 5th—please plan to pay within this window as soon as your invoice arrives.

How to pay

Most families pay through the invoice we send by email:

  • Credit or debit card: use the secure payment link in your invoice. This is our standard process for monthly tuition.
  • Cash or Zelle: these options are not part of the online invoice flow. If you prefer to pay by cash or Zelle, contact the academy before the due date so we can arrange payment directly with our office.
